Adipurush'to be made on a budget of Rs 400 crore
Demand for Bahubali star Prabhas is increasing in the southern movie industry. After the popularity of Bahubali, Prabhas, who has also garnered attention through 'Saho', will soon be seen in Om Raut's movie 'Adipurush'.
The production unit has stated that its budget will be Rs 400 crore. In a recent interview, Om Raut, the director of Adipurush, said that he was doing a lot of study and research during the lockdown. He said that he had written the script a few years ago and now it is time to make a movie on the script.
He said that after the huge success of Tanhaji The Unsung Warrior, people would like to see such visuals in Adipurush as well, adding that this movie will be the biggest Indian movie to be released in the hall after COVID-19.
The movie is being produced by Bhushan Kumar and Om Raut. Apart from Prabhas, Saif Ali Khan will also be seen in the lead role in Adipurush.
