He was born in middle class family on 17 Jan 1977. Shiva's birth Place is Jutpani 4 Chitwan. He was started Dancing in the early age. He Performed Dance in wedding ceremonies, religious celebrations, school programs etc in Childhood. in 1993 shiva moved in Kathmandu from chitwan. Shiva hobby was dancing and had entered Kathmandu for his study but could not able to read due to his personal family problems and headed towards direction journey beginning his work from casino, stage programs.

For contribution to dance direction & choreography he awarded National aand international award. Similarly, he was also honoured with dozens of appreciations under the capacity of skilled choreographer. Not only had these - In various dance competitions, Shiva has performed the role as a Judge.
