Biography
Bhishma Raj Phulara (born 23 December 1982) is a Nepali Novelist, Litterateur, Lyricist and Documentaries writer. He is best known for his novel 'Tuhuro Kundali'. His books are the trendsetter and accepted surrounded by book lovers. He is a well-known Novelist in Nepal and his works are highly sought by National newspapers, television, and other major media of Nepal. His recognition lengthens beyond Nepal, especially in communities around the sphere. His first novel book was an intolerance community story, namely 'Nafapeko Manche' published in 2010 AD. 'Tuhuro Kundali' was Phulara's second novel that real-life story based book published in 2017 AD.

The book 'Tuhuro Kundali' was launched honorable Former Chairman of Council of Ministers and Chief justice Khil Raj Regmi, International Pen Nepal Chapter President Prof. Ram Kumar Pandey, legendary film director Ujjal Ghimire, president of Nepal film artists association Ram Keshar Bogati, legendary documentary film editor Man Bahadur Thapa, Chief Camera person of Kantipur Television; Biswonath Acharya, Nepalese second shortest man (2 Ft 2.6 Inc.) also, film artist Dipen Shah, president of Shikhar Nepal Shekhar Khanal, Novelist Phulara himself and others distinguished literature and filmy personalities and among others hundreds of viewers on 28 October 2017 at Aryal Hotel, New-baneshwor, Kathmandu, where there were participated massive of enthusiast and supporters.
Early Life
Bhishma Raj Phulara was born in Pachanali VDC-3, Doti district, Seti zone in far western division of Nepal. He was born into a moderately middle-class family. His father Hari Datta Phulara was an astrologer and a priest occupation, his mother Padma Devi Phulara was a housewife. Since writing carrier, Phulara has been influenced by Laxmi Prasad Devkota, B.P Koirala, Paarijat, Dhurba Chandra Gautam, Lain Singh Bangdel, Krishna Dharabashi.
Writing Profession
Phulara started literacy career since he was in School at the age of 13. He started writing Poems, Essay, Story, and Songs. His first novel book was an intolerance community story, namely 'Nafapeko Manche' released on November 13, 2010 AD. His Second Book 'Tuhuro Kundali' real-life stories based novel was published on 28 October 2017. The stories revolved around the orphan children and youth. Also, his Third research literature book named 'Nepali Shahitya Ko Etihash: Tehadekhi Yehasamma' published on 13th August, 2018. Next to, he has published the English version Novel book named 'Orphan Horoscope' on October 12, 2019. Further, he has writing several Songs and Documentaries.
Leading Role
Mr. Phulara is the Founder President of Phulara Literature Foundation Nepal, General Secretary of National Literary Guild of Nepal and he was a part of Nepal Writer Association as a long life member and PEN International, Nepal Chapter as a member. He also played an important role in the establishment of Democratic Writer Association of Nepal.
